A permanent tribute

In loving memory of Kat — the advocate, the friend, the fire.

Kat believed people deserved information delivered with dignity. This page honors her life and the legacy her work continues to shape.

Kat the Advocate

Her life

A joyful force for education, love, and safety.

Kat showed up. To community meetings, to hospital rooms, to kitchen tables where hard conversations were finally happening. She met stigma with a smile, and misinformation with warm, stubborn truth.

She believed advocacy was ordinary — a phone call returned, a ride offered, a hand held. She made it look easy. It wasn't.

Continuing her legacy through education

Every guide, story, and resource on Sexual Health Today is built on the belief Kat lived: that people deserve information delivered with dignity, and that education is love in practical form.

We continue her work by making trusted health information easier to find, warmer to read, and more inclusive of every body it serves.
